Our responsibility is to all members (affiliates), staff, partners and sponsors in exceeding their needs to the highest quality.

We will constantly strive for best working methods, to ensure the service we provide is the best available.

All will be considered as an individual and respected.

As an all inclusive sport, there will be equal opportunities for all.

  

  

Pool Victoria's objectives for the promotion of Eight Ball in Victoria.

  

Our main aim is to increase participation of our sport by reaching more begineers, including Juniors, Women, Indiginous Communites, Disabled people and disadvantaged young people.

Our strategies include

  • aligning our sport with communities needs and issues.
  • Running new programs for specific community groups.
  • Train the trainer programs.
  • Work with other organisations to form alliances.
  • Targets disadvantaged groups and communities.
  • Encourage new participants in metropolitan and regional areas.
  • Improve health through Eight Ball
  • Developing Policies 

Pool Victoria is currently working with the Ballarat & District Aboriginal Co-op. and we have run several successful Eight Ball sessions with the young people from the Co-op.

  

We have also run a successful session swith the Accademy of Sport Health and Education in Shepparton, with coaching and a round robin event.

  

We are currently working Wheelchair Sport Victoria, to promote our Sport "a safe and friendly sport that anyone can play"
